Hi! I’m Jude

Canadian CS student graduating Fall 2026 with 2+ years in tech across Qualcomm, a nuclear tech startup, university IT, and multi-site IT support. I’ve worked across IT automation, application support, endpoint troubleshooting, user support, documentation, and practical systems work.

Robotics and engineering: hands-on experience with Boston Dynamics Spot, LiDAR, 360 PTZ cameras, OpenCV, ROS basics, simulation, Java, control systems, and FIRST Robotics mentoring. Also familiar with SolidWorks, 3D printing, CNC, basic milling/lathing, and general shop tools.

Support strengths: incident triage, bug reproduction, root-cause analysis, clear user communication, L1/L2 support, KB documentation, smart escalation, SLA awareness, and small automations/self-service tools that reduce repetitive work.
